It's a series that through the use of seams and cuts tries to recount the bonds and the relational forms we have with things and situations. The thread penetrates the skin, the sensitive canvas of experience; the cut opens it exposing the internal nudity and blood.
The cut/stitching rhythm is interposed describing the type of situation: bond or wound? Joy or pain?
The choice of the palm of the hand isn't casual. Making, living, feeling are deeply connected to our use of hands in every situation. (2019)
